			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tuesday was all about being hungry. I don&#8217;t know why, but I spent a lot of the afternoon with my tummy rumbling, in spite of a big bowl of soup for lunch. Hence, when I realised the vegan choc cake from last week was still soft (don&#8217;t you love brownie style cakes, they never go stale!), I helped myself to a slice!</p>
<p>This evening I actually did exercise, once I had let my dinner go down. It was callanetics night, but noone could come, so I did it all by myself. Most impressive! The next challenge is to get around to going on a run one day this week!</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong>: Grapes<br />
<strong> Lunch: </strong>Tomato &amp; Basil Soup<br />
<strong> Dinner: </strong>Pasta, Tomato &amp; Marscapone sauce, parmesan</p>

<p>I went to have my pea and mint soup today, but it was a congealed gloopy lump, and there was no way I was eating that! So, I dug out the last of my change and replaced that disgusting green jellified soup with egg mayo sandwiches. Much better!</p>

<strong> Lunch:</strong> Shapers Egg-Mayo Sandwich<br />
<strong> Dinner:</strong> Salad and Smoked Salmon, followed by some cheese!</p>

<p>This must be the least healthy day ever. I barely got out of bed until 5pm &#8211; only for tea &#8211; and eventually forced myself to eat a sandwich I made for lunch several days ago but haven&#8217;t been able to face, thanks to my teeth! Which I guess shows that the antibiotics are working.</p>
<p>Must do better tomorrow.</p>

<p>People in the office have a tendency to travel the world on a weekly basis. This week we have been brought biscuits from France, chocs from Germany, pastries from Morocco and leftover nibbles from a hen do in London. We&#8217;re still working through Russian and Polish delicacies from last week, and the meringues leftover from a birthday on Monday. It is VERY difficult to resist all these delights!</p>
